How much are we responsible for the things we create? If a person gives birth to a child, at what point does the child need to take responsibility for his or her actions?

When a person gives birth to a child, the parent needs to take care of the child, in that timespan, the child will progressively learn to take care or themselves, and not call they're parents for anything they do. The child usually learns this at 11 years old, or older.
