Regardless of what anyone would say about how life would be better, so and so, I disagree. A day without a phone is very difficult as we've become addicted to its usage and are dependent on it for various reasons. It is tough. You start to think about your phone even when you're doing something interesting. By not using it for a day, your life won't change in any way but if you do it for a month, a year then it will change and you'll see how it's better to not have a phone. No distractions and living life in its simplest form. Basically, you start to live a human life. A life which your grandparents lived. A life which is not affected much by others thoughts. You understand who you are and overall become a better person. In my opinion, my phone is a very important gadget, which sometimes helps me get rid of reality and feel better in a virtual world.
