i was mountain bike with a friend in wales and we had just finished long off-road climb out of the dysynni valley.it had been raining earlier but now the sun was shining and we felling quite warm .since the rest of the route was downhill on tarmac roads, i took off my bike helmet and suddenly the road becoming off very steep and the bike had been pick up speed quickly.there was a turn ahead in the road and i knew i was going to crash .the bike went straight into a wall but luckily i .......

were paralised. They dont now but it was a strange murder...They tought it was just a little accident. They tried to get the cow of the bonnet of the van.Mr Charles died by cows horn and his wife too. For the Paramedics it was too late to save them. The whole family was devastated. They will never forget this tragedy
