ILETS Writing Task 2: In Britain, when someone gets old they often go to live in a ome with other old people where are nurses to look after them. sometimes the government has to pay for this care.
who do you think should pay for this care, the government or the family?

If that old person has a pension,I think he should pay himself for the expenses.
On the other hand,if someone has no income,,I think the family should cover the costs,apart from the case when that person has no family and no income.In that situation the state should care for.
