To make the mankind perfect, I would erase the anger and vain from their hearts, for I think that these qualities are utterly redundant. If there was no anger and envy, there wouldn't be that much violence and wars and suffering. I would also make them immune to the diseases, so they could live their short life as happy as possible.
My role would be to keep them safe and sound.
