I am a nutritionist. I would recommend to people to:
- do sport, for be healthy everiday
- ride a bike
- eat fruits
- eat vegetables
- be happy

Our lifestyles are influenced by various factors, such as our diet, our exercise habits and many more. For a healthy lifestyle, I would recommend eating healthy, especially vegetables and fruit, since these days people eat a lot of processed foods that are easily found in supermarkets.
Of course getting enough exercise is just as important, since sedentarism is not at all appropriate for our bodies.
Even less screen time is great for us, in a world where children spend many hours a day on devices, a habit that is harmful in the long term.
Another useful thing would be to look at our mental health, as it is just as important as our physical health. School might be very stressful, but we shouldn’t let it disrupt our peace and we should still be able to wind down and relax.
