Dear Alice, How are you? I’m sorry I haven’t written for so long but I was busy. I’m writing to you from a beautiful holiday resort Nice in southern France. I’m staying in a 5-star hotel overlooking the sea. The weather is marvelous. The sky is clearly blue and it’s sunny all the time.  The sights are breathtaking especially close to the sea. I spend a lot of time walking on sandy beaches and sunbathing. I love swimming here in the warm sea, too. I’ve met here some people and I must say they are very friendly and kind. There are many restaurants where you can have a tasty meal. French food is delicious! I plan to see the Old Town and go sightseeing. I’m so excited and I think you must come to Nice one day!
