I am writing to ask for your advice. My older sister has a boyfriend who is very nice. He is very polite to my parents and they really like him.
My problem is that she thinks he is very boring. Is this normal or does it mean that she doesn't love him? What does true love feel like?

so he is probably in your eys very polite but in her eyes he is bad .the real love is  feel  storng and you think to that person everyehere and you are sometimes depresive abot he/shes emotion and opinion about you
