1) I don't think that playing computer games is a complete waste of time because some of them can be puzzle and increase logic,while others can be like lego and minecraft that lets you build your own world which can help with imagination.
2)Yes i think that that statement is completely true because minecraft is a open world game,you can die and you can survive but everything leads to one thing which is that is completely up to you.
