People have always looked for a recipe for happiness, thinking that it can be achieved through money or success. In fact, happiness comes from within, from deep in our souls and it can never be bought. People relying on objects to provide happiness are always going to chase it and never achieve it. They'll only wear themselves out and become increasingly frustrated and unhappy. It's the same thing with self-worth. It should arise from our hearts and we shouldn't rely on people's opinions to feel worthy or we'll be disappointed every time.As long as you know who you are and what you're capable of, you'll always be happy and self-sufficient.
