The message of the text is that woman shouldn't wear high heels because they can damage our knees, and could lead them to getting sick of osteoarthritis, that could lead to surgery. In my opinion the text is right, it could not only damage your knees but your back too,they can damage your posture which now, in the early years of woman who wear them won't be so obvious but in time it will get worse.
