I recently stopped sleeping less than 8 hours a day because I could see it damaging my body and my ability to think clearly. Because I have always gone to sleep at 2 am. in school nights, I was always waking up tired. Now I've limited myself at minimum 8 hours of sleep a day and I can already feel my body gaining more energy, plus, waking up has gotten way easier since I started my new routine.
