It is raining hard. The children cannot play in the garden and
they cannot go to the cinema or ride their bikes. Tom, Betty and
their friends are in Betty's room. They are playing music. They are
very happy. They like to play music. David is the drummer. He has
got two big sticks and two big saucepans. The saucepans are his
drums. David is not a very good drummer. He cannot play the drums
very well. He is making a lot of noise.
Tom is playing the trumpet. He can play it. Betty is playing the
piano. She can play the piano. She is a good pianist. Her friend Sue
is singing. She can sing very well. She is singing a very nice song.
Another boy is playing the guitar. He is Jack. He can play the guitar.
He has got a very good guitar. It is a present from his father. He is
very happy.
Tom's and Betty's father is just getting into the room. He is
angry because he cannot read his newspaper. He can hear the noisy
band.
Father: Who is making this terrible noise? Please, stop it!

Tatăl: Cine face acest zgomot teribil? Te rog, oprește-l!
Tom: Nu facem zgomot. Cântăm muzică rock.
