It is never too late to learn. 

I believe that we learn new things all our lives, no matter where we grew up, what studies we have or what we do for a living. Nowadays, things change very rapidly and you have to continually adapt to those changes if you want to succeed. You have to understand and  accept the past and the future in order to apprehend what it going on in the present. The vast majority of people don't understand that life always gives us lessons from which we have to draw our own conclusions and learn from them. 
To sum up, life without knowledge would become useless, we wouldn't be able to understand it and I think that without new information we wouldn't exist.
