My opinion is that statement is mostly true. Unfortunately, many things in life do not go well, as we always wish. We forget important things, and strangely we remember the lyrics of a song that we do not like.

We also forget beautiful moments, spent with a person that we like, but we recall easily the arguments that we had.

Even psychologists try to explain the reasons why our brain sometimes reacts against us.

I know from my personal experience that good things are soon forgotten. Last year, I was transferred to other high school, but in the end I wanted to be returned to the previous high school, I could not move away from my friends and also from my preferred teachers.
