Ma poate ajuta cineva la scrierea unei scrisori formale (către managerul unui hotel) în limba engleză? Trebuie sa fie vorba despre ceva ce nu-mi place la hotelul unde m-am cazat recent.

Hi!I want to tell you about my experience at your hotel.

I checked in in your hotel and I didn't expect what had happened.When I went to my room,there was a mess:garbage everywhere!I couldn't belive my eyes!When I went to the receptionist they told me they were too busy to do something about it.Please fix your issue.I would also like a refund since it was hard to stay in your hotel room.
