Așa cum știm, pentru timpul Present Perfect sunt caracteristici indicii de timp precum: „for”, „since”, „yet”, „ever”, „never”, evidențiind o acțiune începută în trecut însă nefinalizată.

Present Tense Simple se formează astfel:

have/has + participiul trecut al verbului de conjugat (forma a III-a)
