People my age tend to have an unorganized and an unhealthy lifestyle without even realizing it. They are always in a hury and they don’t always care what they eat.
I can’t say I am a nutritionist but I can give some advice to teenagers my age some pieces of advice.
Firstly., I want to say that it’s important to have a balanced diet and not to eat a lot. Eat small portions and eat three big meals a day
Secondly I recommend having more vegetables and more fruits .
Last but not least try giving up fast food because this not provide you anything nutritional and it’s harmful for you.
