All the time I used to go around in circles If someone gave me directions to go somewhere.I had lots of problems with my sense of orientation. I was used to being humiliated in front of my old friends,but now that I'm new in this city I couldn't retain myself from being enthusiastic. So I was advised by one fitness coach that sport was the Best strategy to keep my stress out of my life.
