He should start by trying to talk whit kids at school maybe he could meat someone there if shes scared and cant talk to other people he can text them is shes scared to face them after some time they can meet in real life after she got a friend or 2 he might be good to try to friend the people at school if they dont want to be friends atleast they know eachother better and they can help eachother
