The author decided to spend his vacation in Scotland for a week.The plane didn't work that night because of the snow, so he spended the night in Heathrow.When he arrived, something was missing.The bags!At the cottage, he was sleeping with a family.He can not go skiing because of the mountain road and the snow.Everything goes wrong for him so it wasn't the best holiday.It makes him feel bad.
