 Swimming is a very popular sport and is my favorite sport. I learnt to swim when i was 6 years old. Swimming is an effective way to relax. Spending time at the pool on hot summer days is my favorite pastime. Also, it's the best all body workout a person can do. Swimming is a movement through water moving  one's leg and arms that provides an all body workout. It's an excellent form of exercise, because all of your muscles are used during swimming. That's why, this spot keeps your body in perfect shape.
