Last week I went to the library with my best friend, Iris. She was very excited about getting her library pass and she wanted me to be with her. We walked into the room, greeted the librarian and then I went to search for books and she went to make her pass. I stayed there for about 10 minutes, at a moment wondering why it's so long to make a library pass. I came back into the room where Iris should have been, but guess what? She was gone. I asked the librarian about the girl that was here and she told me that she was long gone. At first I was confused as of why she left without me, but everything was clear when I exited the library. Iris was gently patting a dog's head and she didn't look like she would stop it any time soon. I started laughing and practically dragged her off of the dog, going home as the reason we went there had been done.
