Lifestyle is the interests, opinions and behaviours.
Everyone has their own unique lifestyle. And me too. My lifestyle is a pretty simple one. Lifestyle is expressed in both work and leisure behavior patterns and (on an individual basis) in activities, attitudes, interests, opinions, values, and allocation of income. It also reflects people's self image or self concept; the way they see themselves and believe they are seen by the others. Lifestyle is a composite of motivations, needs, and wants and is influenced by factors such as culture, family, reference groups, and social class.
A healthy or unhealthy lifestyle will most likely be transmitted across generations.Study after study reminds us that as challenging as it can be, sticking with healthy habits—eating right, exercising regularly, not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, and controlling how much alcohol you drink—can help us to live longer. But tacking on extra years isn’t so appealing if some or most of them are riddled with heart disease, diabetes or cancer.
So at the end I can say that I'm pretty happy with my life as the way it is.
