Dear Chris,
I am very excited about this party that you are organizing and I am sure it will turn out great. I accept your invitation and I even offer to help you out with the organisation of it if you find it that it gets overwhelming. 
First of all I think you should reconsider the location. The restaurant that you have rented has a bigger room and we can go on Thursday to talk to them and they might help us out. I really think that there will be more people to the party than we expect so a bigger room will be better.
Secondly I have a friend who is a DJ so if you wish I can speak with him to see if he is free that evening. Maybe he will not overcharge you like the other DJ did. Remember? Anyhow what do you think we should buy for our teachers? Maybe some golden pens. Or some books.
