Dear Sirs, 

I'm writing you to express my dissapointment regarding the last trip you organized for our children. 
First, instead of wooden cottages they found tents. Which wouldn't have been a problem considering the warm season, but it became a serious concern during the flood which occured in their very first night. 
Fortunately, as the children told us, they were all on the hills, looking for little Tommy who was lost, so the flood didn't reach to them. 
The children told us you took them for a ride with a car you found near the road when you were searching for Tommy. They said it was a great ride, but we are concerned to hear you stuffed twelve children inside the car and even in the trunk. 
Besides, you let Jimmy drive, although he is only thirteen. Jimmy said it was his first time to drive a car and it was cool, even if the brakes weren't working. 
When you finally found little Tommy, he said he ran away because he got scared when his tent was set on fire from the fireworks. Fortunately, he could't run too far away with his broken leg he cut while he was chopping fire wood with the axe so you found him shortly after. 
When you started to stitch his wounds with needle and cotton thread, Louise and Mary-Jane got sick and started to throw. However, Franklin said it was not because they saw blood but because of the carrion chicken they had for lunch. Franklin also said you told them that the food you had in prison was way worse. And what's that thing with sending little Billy into town to buy vaseline? 
Anyway, we are glad that all's well that ends well, but we are afraid that we'll be reluctant to use your sevices again.
