I think that sometimes people can get overexcited, which leads to inappropriate behavior. Conflicts can become violent, and umpteen people get hurt. In my opinion, there always must be a lot more guardians who can watch over the situation to prevent the violence that may occur.

Anyone can go to public places like a stadium,but not everyone is behaving in a civilized manner.Many years ago,few dozens of people died because of that.I think that if we all take into account that our freedom ends where we bother the others around us,our world would be a safer and better place to live.
