Avoid connecting to social networking sites when you are working. If you feel the need to do this, go online during your breaks so that the posts and any other information do not interrupt your concentration. Some activities we do every day are more interesting than others. The boring ones can very easily lose ground in front of your concentration, becoming vulnerable to the factors that distract your attention. The phone, the Internet and any other activity will seem much more interesting when you are bored. Make a pact with yourself: if you work on an activity for an uninterrupted period of time, you get a ten-minute break. Reward yourself with a coffee, your favorite snack or a short walk outside. Boring tasks are easier to solve if you know that something positive is waiting for you at the end of solving them. In this case, you can also resort to multitasking: listen to music while filling in evidence or certificates to be able to complete the activity.
