Appreciate the apple cake for at least two reasons: one, it is very tasty and two, it does not come out of the kitchen, the unparalleled flavor. For sheets, we need:
- flour ... 500 g
- eggs ... 2 pieces
- margarine (or butter) ... 200 g
- sugar ... 150 g
- Vanilla sugar ... 1 egg (8g)
- baking powder ... 1 envelope (10g)
- salt ... 1/2 lingutita
For filling, we need:
- Just ... 2 kg
- sugar ... 100 g
- Gris ... 3 tablespoons
* Preparation time ... ~ 45 minutes, biscuits 35-40 minutes
** Tray 35x25 cm
Work steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients for the sheets.
2. Put in a margarine (at room temperature), mix, add the sugar for leaves and homogenizam composition.
3. Add the eggs and homogenize the composition.
4. Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, and re-homogenise the composition.
5. Add flour steps, mix with the mixture until it begins to consistency.
6. When dough becomes consistent, we go to manual kneading.
7. When we finish the kneading, place the dough in a bowl, cover the dish with a foil and leave it for 30 minutes.
8. Now prepare the ingredients for the filling and clean the apples.
9. Turn apples through large print, add half of the fat and mix the composition.
10. Add the sugar for the filling, homogenize again, and ready, I finished with the filling!
11. Divide the dough into two equal parts and prepare the oven tray, originally painted with baking paper.
12. Stretch the first sheet, put it in the tray, sprinkle the remaining greens, add an apple and a uniform.
13. Insert a second sheet and place in the tray over the apple filling. Put the tray in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, at the right fire.
14. After the time has elapsed, when the cake ends with a copper color, remove the tray from the oven and let it cool.
15. When it's cold, you prefer sugar and powdered sugar.
