The world can be changed through small contributions that often have a ripple effect. First of all, making a difference starts with education in early childhood. School plays an important role when it comes to molding a child's behaviour. Generally speaking, a good teacher will have good students because as they say: there is no such thing as a bad student, there are only bad teachers. Since our teachers are among the first people who influence our lives, they in fact can change the world by helping discover talents that students might have and guide them towards improvement. Secondly, books are doors to an infinite amount of worlds waiting to be discovered and the right recommendation at the right time can turn an uninterested child into an avid reader. Let's not forget creative writing and what a beneficial effect can being able to express themselves have on children. Through writing, they might begin to understand the world better and perhaps help find solutions to different problems. All in all, I firmly believe that teachers can change the world by being attentive to their students and offering them the right means to develop their gifts.
