Teenagers who use the Internet too much can find there so many answers to all kind of problems of their age, that they can get the impression of having found all they needed. They can make internet friends, they can listen to their favourite music, they can read news, magazines and books, they can play games and even buy some things. Teenagers can learn new things, but also communicate and express themselves very well and very easily, so this is why in time teenagers who overuse internet can develop social problems: they can forget that real friends are in real life, that drinking a juice with a friend in a real pub it's nicer than talking to that friend on a chat window...they forget about real shows, theatre, opera shows, or even about making sports in open air.
