in BOTH pictures you can see girls ,BUT in the second one there are two of them. the first girl is looking at a map WHEREAS the other girls are picking up trash from the sand . we can see in picture c the girl is in the middle of london ,ON THE OTHER HAND in picture d we can see an ocean in the distance.
