Please help me to write a letter to the director of my school , illustrating where should be allocate 10 million dollars that we received for improving the education. Please .

I have noticed that you need to know what to do with the 10 million dollars that we received for improving the education, well I have some ideas. First, we can build a camera in every cabinet, so if something bad happens, you can se who did it. We can build iteractive white-boards, so the cabinets could look better, and more modern. We could also buy new desks and chairs, to replace the old and the broken ones. These are some ideas that are coming on my mind right now, and I hope that you use these ideas.

Dear Sir,

As our school is not considered a modern one, and having found out that we were allocated 10 million dollars for improving the education, I talked to all my class mates and some ideas emerged: 
1. Buying modern computers for each classroom so that all students develop equally their abilities of working with modern technology;
2. Buying a modern sound system and an audio library for the laboratory of foreign languages;
3. Trying to implement new teaching methods - mainly project-based teaching and learning and analyzing information from multiple sources;
4. Implementing students exchange programs along with Teachers exchange programs.
These are only some ideas from students' point of view. Our opinion is that these small changes would make the difference.
