As everywhere in the world, there are rich people and poor people. Some have been less fortunate in the life and they struggle every day to ensure the basic needs for their families. They did not have the chance to study therefore cannot get a job that will pay for the needs. The big companies sometime use these category of people to cover parts of their activities without to do this in a legal manner. They "hire" these people to do huge amount of work and pay them almost nothing, knowing that they cannot complain to anybody since this is their only income and in the same time realizing that they work on the black market. It looks that this is a practice used by many of the big companies. We recently had a case involving Kinder producing company and what they did by giving this kind of job to poor people was not only bad from the social point of view but I consider totally wrong from the hygiene point of view. This activity should have been done in proper and clean spaces like any food product.
