The story of the days of the week
In the romanian folklore the days have their own soul,they are like creatures and in the past they were walking around on the earth,that's why we have bad days and good days,"female days" and "male days" .The legend says that Monday is a man and it's good for the beginning of the all things,he keeps the key of the first entrance in the Heaven,and when you pass on the Other World,he shows you where to go.Tuesday is a man too,but it's a bad day with bad luck.It says that tou shouldn't start anything or go on a road on Tuesday.Wednesday is a woman ,good and sunny day and Thursday is a man ,lucky day,good for the love life and marriage.Friday is a busy day and it's Sunday's sister.
Saturday is a female too but it's a fatal day.Do not start anything: work,road etc.
Lucky we with Sunday, bright,solemn ,festive day,the biggest and the most beautiful day of all days.It's said that Sunday is a white-haired saint who lives in a golden palace, beyond the water of the slate.Some say they would be the primary cousin of the sun.
