I am writing to you about a reading lamp (45796) which I am ordering through your mail order cataloque on February 5th.
The lamp arrived safely 10 days ago and worked perfectly for the first three days but now something is going wrong.I cannot turn it on,I have read all the instruction and I am sure I .....always have used it correctly.
I have returned the lamp with this letter
