The undersigned, Gagi Gabi, kindly requests your attention on the following issue: on Tuesday, when I entered the office, the floor was wet, and I found myself on the floor with a broken arm, the left one. I would like to underline that there was not any sign of "wet floor" whatsoever.
As I cannot perform my job, I am a shorthand typist, I kindly ask you to approve to be relocated to another department where I can work with only one hand, until my recovery.
