Verse 1:

1. ''I'' is the poet, and I think he's young, as only mostly kids have these types of dreams, so maybe 10 years old.

2.He dreams of going somewhere far away, in the Land of Play.

3.There are many people living there, like fairies, little people, the Bumble Bee etc

Verse 2:

1. He sees many animals and insects, for example a fly, a spider, ants, and a ladybird.

2. The ones that are busy are the ants, that are marching down a green path with parcels with their feet.

Verse 3:

1. The poet can see himself in a pool of water near his feet.

2. He considers a small leaflet that would come to be his boat.

Verse 4:

1. The poet is ''sailing'' so it means he's in the leaflet he calls a boat, sailing in the small water pool.

2. He can see many creatures of many colors like green, gold, crimson and blue that are sitting besides the pool of water.

Verse 5:

1. The poet is back in his room, after opening his eyes and coming back from his land of imagination.

2. He feels sad because he's leading a sad and plain life, when he wants to be a sailor, and climb hills, so basically what he wants is to go out and explore, not lead a life everyone else leads, that repeats its self each day.
