A footballer's day

A football player,in the morning is doing phisichal exercises.After he eats a healthy breakfast and goes to the training ground.He does what the coach says.They can play a training match or they are doing specific exercises like:passing,shooting,defending.

After that he needs to go back home, eat the lunch ,sleep a bit and he can go to a meeting or go to a mall to relax.When he gets back home,after a full day,he drinks a tea and sleeps minimum 8 hours
