My father likes beer, especially that one in aluminium cans. After he and his friend drink the beer, dad crashes the aluminium cans and keeps them in a big box. Every now and again, it's that guy who comes to our houses (not only to us, but also to our neighbours) to collect these cans and to take them to the recycling centers.

One day I had an idea about these cans and I asked dad to help me. I asked him to cut nicely the top of the cans. He did it and I painted those cans very nicely with flowers, green grass, blue sky and so on. I put them aside to dry and after a while when we went to visit some friends I wrapped nicely one of the painted cans and gave it as a present to our friends' daughter. She didn't know what to do with it, but I told her to keep pencils and pens in it. Everybody said it was a very nice gift!
