1.the writer prefers to sit in her own time in my opinion as she says that "She's fine where she is at the moment"

2.A person travelling in the past wouldn't be welcome as it say's in this sentence"You would be denounced as a devil ,tortured, quartered and drawn,and then burnt to stake!"

3.I think she means that if u would be spotted by someone from the past they would try to attack you as you don't look like them.

4.Probably by that she means that you would have some devices like smart phone,smart watch and much more and she said they are futuristic devices
