My vacation in London in the winter is great because I go on a little trip to my grandparents and there we celebrate the winter holidays, I also spend time close to my best friends.
I was waiting for the class to end as it was the last class for this entire month, I was very excited to finally visit Sweden, I heard that its very cold there in Winter. In my country there isn't that much snow, it rains more than it snows which that makes me a bit sad. I just realized I zoomed out again, the bell already rang and no one was there. I just got my backpack and got back home to get ready for tomorrow!
The next day I got everything packed and I was ready. My cat named Albert was also coming with me, I don't really know how he will survive but I guess its fine. When I looked at the clock it was 3:45, the plane was taking off at 4:10. I panicked, I was worried that I won't arrive in time, but I remembered that I can just call a taxi. I quickly called a taxi driver and told him to go to the airport. Albert wasn't panicking at all, he was just cleaning himself like he didn't care if we didn't arrive there. We finally arrived there, quickly grabbed my tickets and got to the airplane.
Phew, I arrived at the perfect time: 4:09, I am very lucky. It was a long journey of 7-8 hours. I just looked at Albert to see if he is fine, he was sleeping, must of been tired of doing absolutely nothing. I took a small nap as I was bored. After some hours I woke up wondering if we arrived. Yes, we did arrive there. I grabbed Albert and my bags and went to the hotel I rented a room at. The hotel was specially for tourists, all of the people there were speaking English. The first time I opened the door I just jumped on the bed and continued my nap when my cat, Albert started meowing. I just realized I didn't feed him. I had to unpack everything just to feed Albert, wonderful. After minutes of searching I finally got the bag. I put some food in his bowl and he started eating like it was his last meal. I just ignored him and got back to bed.
It was morning. Albert was stuck in a vase. I was wondering what he was thinking when he got stuck there. I got him out of there and changed from my clothes. I prepared myself to go outside. I was so ready to go outside and I had a whole calendar and notebook with locations and times. I went to get Albert because I go with him everywhere and every time as he is my buddy. He was laying on the bed snoring like a pig. I just grabbed him and got outside. Of course he got mad. The first location was Sarek National Park. The place was very beautiful. I had to grab my camera to take some photos, I was amazed by the landscapes. Albert wasn't that amazed as I was, he was minding his business. Some minutes later I got a bit tired. I saw a bench close to me so I decided to sit there a little bit, I looked at the sky and saw how amazing and wonderful it was. After hours spending there I went to a museum, Museum Vasa. It was a museum about ships, very interesting. The writings were in Swedish but luckily there were guides who were speaking English. I asked a guide if he can guide us and he agreed. I was very happy that I got my notebook just to note the things the guide was talking about. There were ships that looked like they were Pirates' ships. Albert was scared, he didn't feel comfortable there. I grabbed him and started petting him just so he can calm down. I also saw a Cannon, I was really interested in guns and stuff that were related to military, I was also studying a lot just to get into a Military Academy.
I spent unforgettable days there. Everything was so beautiful. It was the last day, I was pretty sad that I got to leave. I packed my stuff again, arranged everything and took Albert. This time we got in time. We got into the plane and the 7-8 hours of journey started again. I bought some snacks and watched some videos on my phone while Albert was sitting in my lap.
We arrived home. I reviewed all of my photos and notes in Sweden just to tell my classmates how amazing it was!
I hope that I will visit Sweden one day again!
