-Ask B if he could meet Mr Potter at the station.
-Explain that you have to stay and get everything ready in the hall.
-Say what Sam Potter looks like.
-Tell B the time of the train and ask B to bring Mr Potter straight to the scool hall.

Student B :
-As you have extra homework, ask why A can't go to meet the visitor himself.
-Change your mind. Agree to go and ask what Mr Potter looks like.
-Ask what time Mr Potter's train arrives and what you should do with him.

A: I can't go ,because i have to get everything ready in the hall .
