se freaca ouale cu zaharul,se adauga uleiul,laptele faina si amoniacul
se unge tava si se tapeaza
se pune jumatate de compozitie si se da la cuptor 30 min
dupa aceea se pun merele rase si jumatatea cealalta de compozitie si se lasa din nou la cuptor 60 min
