the text is mainly about a mother and her daughter arguing about the girl not helping her mother enough. the mother explains that she got a full time job and doesn't mind working at home too but she can't do all the work and her daughter must help her. on the other hand lucy thinks that she actually helps her mother too much and her brother doesn't do much.
