You: From what I can see Mike is a very well organised person as opposed to Bob who prefers to sleep in, Mike gets up earlier to do a mini workout. That's nice. What do you think?

Colleague: It's true, he has more time to do everything in the morning, Bob has to hurry up and still is late. He has breakfast almost an hour later than Mike, wow. Time management is a wonderful skill, do you agree?

You: Totally. I can see that Bob arrives an hour later, he probably misses a lot of what the teacher has to say. That's not good for him. He is really not that reliable and is punished a lot.

Colleague: Surely that must happen since lessons start at 8 in the morning. Getting up early is really important for having a good start for your day.

You: I always take care of that in the evening and set the alarm clock and be sure to go to sleep early. Maybe that's what Bob should do too.

Colleague: That would be a huge improvement and I'm sure his grades will go up as well.

You: Wonderful!
