Time is never enough, and it is never going to be if we keep saying it. Whenever I want something to happen, I have to make time for it, it is possible. If it is worth for me, I need to delay some other arrangements, daily activities, and other time consuming and make time for what I consider important.

For exemple I need a free time just for me. I could use this time for gardening, reading, exercise, thinking, or the ultimate luxury of doing nothing!

For busy people it can be difficult to make time for this, but it’s important to do so. A new habit is started with just one step.

Also I will try sneaking away for a quiet lunch alone on a park bench to enjoy some quiet time with no one to talk to and no distracting noises..
