                            Mashed Potatoes with Chicken Schnitze

For mashed potatoes you need 6 potatoes, 100 grams of butter, 250 ml milk.
For chicken schnitzel 3 pieces of chicken breast, 2 eggs , flour, oil for frying.

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, and put to boil water . While potatoes are boiling, beat the meat , then sprinkle with salt and pepper , then , is wallowing in flour on both sides, then give the beaten eggs , and flour , and egg and place in pan with hot oil . Fry on both sides and remove to a platter.
