My home town is Botosani.
It has a bustling cultural life and is mainly known for being the home of known authors likes Nicolae Iorga and Mihai Eminescu.
There are many churches and culturally significant places in Botosani.
One can visit the County Museum, Octav Onicescu Museum, one of local theatres.
The local transport system consist of two tram lines and five van lines. There isn't a local bus network as of the writing of this composition.
Sport is important in Botosani. Their team have recently made it to the first league and are playing quite well.
There are seven hotels and you usually cand find accomodation all year round.
