-Take a seat.The doctor won't be long.

-It is very painfull?
-No.It's not too bad now.It was worse earlier on.
-Do you think I've broken it?
-No.I think you ve sprained it.We'll take an X-ray just to make sure.
-Is it good or bad news?
-Well,you haven't broken it.But you have sprained it badly.
-Can I walk on it?
-No.You should rest it as much as possible.
-All right,Joe?
-Yes,don't worry.I'm fine.

Joe's ankle hurts so he went to the hospital. A nurse took an X-Ray of the ankle and find out it was sprained, he isn't allowed to walk now.
